CONAGUAClima: Your Daily and Hourly Weather Forecast App for Mexico
CONAGUAClima is a free Android app developed by CONAGUA-SMN that provides daily and hourly weather forecasts for Mexico by municipality with a four-day forecast horizon. The app is based on the outputs of the FV3-GFS global forecast model.
The app's graphical viewer features the forecast for daily and hourly precipitation, maximum and minimum temperatures in 24 hours, hourly temperature, hourly dew point temperature, hourly relative humidity, daily and hourly rain probability, daily and hourly wind speed, daily and hourly wind direction, and daily and hourly wind gusts. It also includes the cloud cover.
The geographical viewer includes the following layers: current temperature conditions (Metar), official hurricane trajectory (NHC), infrared satellite image, water vapor satellite image, visible satellite image, 24-hour accumulated precipitation forecast, maximum temperature forecast in 24 hours, minimum temperature forecasts in 24 hours, state boundaries, and base maps.
